What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gain a deep understanding of Merchant and Partner experiences, identifying product gaps and generating new ideas
- Develop a long-term document management platform roadmap to support Merchant customers
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
- Drive product launches, collaborating with training and stakeholders
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on company document management solutions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven work experience in product management
- Minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience
- Solid technical background with hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Agile Project Delivery foundations, preferably SAFe
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- MS/BS degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred
