      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze project requirements to recommend solutions for the target market
      - Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve project-related obstacles
      - Provide input into product roadmaps and manage product backlogs
      - Support service delivery and participate in business development activities
      - Foster relationships with clients and collaborate with diverse teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a product manager or in a similar role
      - Strong communication and presentation skills to explain complex processes
      - Experience working with HRIS systems, preferably Workday
      - Knowledge of regulated environments such as Finance or Healthcare
      - Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field preferred
