What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Contribute to product vision and shape user experience strategy aligned with the employer's mission
- Own the conversion funnel, driving strategy and execution from awareness to paid subscription
- Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize features and deliver impactful product releases
- Utilize qualitative and quantitative insights to understand member needs and identify opportunities
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure engagement, conversion rates, and optimize features
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably with consumer-oriented products
- Experience in optimizing conversion funnels and driving subscription growth
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and customer journey mapping
- Proven ability to collaborate with engineering and design teams to ship products
- Comfort using data to inform product decisions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in regulated industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field is a plus; experience may be considered in lieu of education
