Our team, The Nordic Tech Hub, is set on delivering digital solutions to EY to help improve, optimize, and streamline our business processes. Close collaboration takes place with Talent, Finance, Branding & Marketing, and our client delivery service lines to deliver the right solutions that will solve the big challenges we are facing internally as a company.

      The opportunity
      At our core, the Nordic Tech Hub is EY Nordic’s agile software development team. The Nordic Tech Hub design, develop and deploy innovative digital products to rapidly create new digital experiences or reimagine existing ones. Several high value products have been created in recent years, which are ready to be scaled to new Regions within EY. You would be driving that effort.

      Your Key Responsibilities

      • Management and delivery of one or more technology products within budget and time constraints.
      • Develops the business product vision and roadmap that drives the technical product roadmap.
      • Establish marketing strategies to position products to new internal clients.
      • Ensures that a new product in development, or a new feature of an existing product is proven to be desirable, viable and functional.
      • Conduct business analysis and drive workshops employing design thinking principles to critically challenge and deeper understand the business needs.
      • Accountable for meeting own targets which impact the immediate team.
      • May help coordinate the work of junior colleagues or team members.
      • Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate collaboration.

      Skills And Attributes For Success

      • Ability to plan, organize, and execute the delivery of technology projects to achieve objectives within agreed timelines, costs, and performance expectations
      • Ability to identify, coordinate and manage interdependencies, ensuring alignment with and achievement of business objectives
      • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and needs by aligning those with the requirements and objectives of the organization
      • Ability to uncover customer needs and challenges, identify quality requirements, and identify and scope business requirements and priorities in relation to new or existing features
      • Knowledge of how systems integrate and communicate with applications, databases, and platforms
      • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform is a plus
      • Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced, agile environment to deal with challenges as they arise
      • A strong team player, comfortable working collaboratively, virtually, and independently
      • Good communication, presentation, and networking skills

      To qualify for the role, you must have

      • Experience in a cross-border role managing/supporting technology implementation projects
      • A good understanding of the software product management lifecycle
      • Experience in agile development methodologies
      • Strong skillset in design thinking practices
      • Solid business acumen

      Ideally, you’ll also have

      • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, economics, mathematics, finance, accounting or related. Master’s degree is an extra plus
