  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Define product direction by collaborating with cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, and Data Science
  - Create and manage a product vision and roadmap that balances immediate customer needs with long-term growth
  - Lead the product development process from concept to launch, including hypothesis creation, requirements gathering, and post-launch analysis
  - Prioritize and manage the product backlog using customer insights and data-driven decision-making
  - Communicate product strategy and updates to leadership and cross-functional partners
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Management or a related field such as Design, Engineering, or Customer Success
  - Experience with data-driven or evaluation-based products, particularly in hiring or measurement-focused solutions
  - Strong background in SaaS and experience working in cross-functional teams
  - Ability to communicate clearly and influence decisions without direct authority
  - Strong curiosity and a desire for continuous learning

  - Experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment
  - Proven ability to lead product initiatives with a focus on user experience and business impact
