What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead product development through the entire lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration
- Drive measurable improvements in key performance metrics such as quote starts and completion rates
- Design, run, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests to enhance product performance
- Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive user experiences and clear product specifications
- Partner with legal/compliance teams to ensure adherence to state regulations and audit requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a Product Management role focused on online consumer-oriented financial marketplaces
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and other analytics tools
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Demonstrated project management abilities and willingness to take ownership of product features

- Experience working closely with engineers to evaluate product implementation strategies
- Familiarity with online shopping and consumer financial services
- Strong ability to identify impactful areas of focus through data analysis
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment
