      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own a product area and define long-term strategy for Staking Protocol Integrations and infrastructure
      - Develop products and services tailored for internal and external developer audiences
      - Manage the addition of multiple assets, including network launches and staking support
      - Oversee product management of public-facing developer tools and communities
      - Research emerging technologies in the crypto space and build relationships with key community members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product management or a similar role
      - Familiarity with the crypto ecosystem, including DeFi and protocol technologies
      - Passion for building an open financial system that connects the world
      - Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with both individual contributors and executive leadership
      - Ability to navigate through ambiguity and focus on scalable platform and business outcomes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in crypto-native projects such as Staking, NFTs, DeFi, DAOs, etc.
      - Familiarity with staking and on-chain activities, including Ethereum addresses and dApps
