What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with clinical, operations, and product development departments to identify data initiatives that align with organizational goals
- Develop strategies and roadmaps to enhance user experience for analytics users and other data consumers
- Work closely with Data Analysts, Engineers, and Scientists to execute on the data roadmap, ensuring timely and successful launches
- Monitor usage and satisfaction of data products to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement
- Operate autonomously in a fast-paced, early-stage work environment while advocating for stakeholder needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, technical, or business-related field or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in high-growth companies focusing on data products or healthcare
- Proven track record of delivering features on time using agile methodologies
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to visualize and present data effectively
- Ability to read and write SQL and familiarity with data modeling and ETL/ELT pipelines

- Experience in analytics, reporting, or research with some product management exposure
- Demonstrated business acumen and intellectual curiosity in eating disorder treatments
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships and driving alignment across teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and effective communication skills
