What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own strategy and outcomes by building and evolving a 12-month roadmap for the Identity Threat Defense product line
- Translate security pain points into product outcomes through design partnerships and structured feedback programs
- Drive product development from problem framing to high-quality feature launches
- Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure successful product outcomes
- Manage and hire 1–2 Product Managers while contributing to the growth of the product management craft
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years in B2B SaaS product management with a track record of launching impactful products at scale
- 2+ years of people leadership experience
- Mastery of end-to-end product definition and execution, including problem framing and prioritization
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills across various departments
- Hands-on fluency with AI tools and rapid prototyping tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in cybersecurity or IT infrastructure, familiarity with M365/Google Workspace or cloud security platforms
- Experience enabling sales and working in customer-facing roles
- Strong analytical skills, ideally including SQL
- Success in high-growth environments/startups with experience in AI-assisted workflows
