      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own the execution and delivery of new and/or enhanced products, services, and processes within the Health and Benefits line of business
      - Develop and execute product strategies that provide customer value and grow the employer's leadership position in the marketplace
      - Collaborate effectively across engineering and product teams to prioritize and deliver features within an agile framework
      - Analyze data, identify trends, and use insights to inform product strategy and measure performance
      - Facilitate sprint activities and actively participate in writing user stories, planning, refinement, and demos

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience within employee benefits, healthcare, insurance, or enterprise content management systems
      - Proven history of delivering products on API-driven architectures (REST/GraphQL, content delivery, webhooks, and integrations)
      - Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies and effective collaboration across teams
      - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on driving results
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical constraints into business impacts

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Undergraduate degree
      - Direct experience building/managing a modern headless Content Management System (CMS)
      - History of working with platform and infrastructure teams for scalable, composable, and event-driven systems
