      This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and hands-on individual to become a key member of one of the UK’s leading SaaS companies, at a time of growth and as we roll out new and exciting services.

      As a Product Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the product marketing and sales enablement activities across multiple product lines.

      You r k ey responsibilities will include:

      • Own Product launch methodology – work ing with other colleagues and teams on the launch of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation and tracking of the plan as well as ultimate success against defined KPIs.

      • Content – collaborate with other teams to craft interesting content to drive engagement with our services and to raise our market profile and credibility .

      • Market intelligence – supported by our insights, be an expert on our buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria; and on our competition and how to maintain our competitive market position .

      • Demand generation – own the strategy and product marketing programs that drive demand for our products .

      • Communication Strategy – ownership, ensuring that all product teams, ( development, product services, customer success, marketing, demand gen and sales ) are continually kept informed.

      • Innovation spotting opportunities for growth and the creation of new propositions . S tay ing ahead of the latest information on the market and competitors through a programme of regular research working with any Insights and Engagement data .

      Minimum (essential) requirements :

      • Relevant experience in product marketing and creative design, ideally in a fast-moving technology or SaaS environment

      • A demonstrated ability in managing, coaching and developing people in product marketing or marketing teams

      • Strong creative design skills with ability to create professional, compelling sales enablement and product marketing content

      • Experience bringing SaaS applications and services to market

      • Very strong written communication skills, including the ability to create compelling and professional sales enablement materials and craft compelling marketing messages

      • Excellent creative and design skills including sales enablement, digital/content marketing

      Desirable:

      • Bachelors degree or equivalent in marketing/design/digital marketing or other business-related subject

      • Knowledge of ERP systems.

      • Workday knowledge and experience
