What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead research strategies to inform market fit for math adoption opportunities
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to design and develop state-specific products
- Forge strong relationships with key districts and state education leaders for insights and feedback
- Communicate product goals and objectives to motivate project teams and ensure alignment
- Serve as a product expert and support marketing, sales, and implementation efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in K-12 product management
- Experience designing and developing print and digital products for education
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced degree in a related field
- Classroom teaching experience at the elementary, middle, or high school level
- Background in mathematics education or related field
- Experience in market research
- Client service experience in consulting or a similar field
