What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create search capabilities that enable content reuse across projects for users and AI agents
- Own the upload, transcription, and visual understanding pipelines, balancing accuracy, latency, and cost
- Collaborate with AI research to ensure optimal models for media understanding and processing
- Facilitate seamless media ingestion and export for large teams
- Balance priorities across a diverse range of customer segments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of product experience in building enterprise products for users with complex needs
- Proven ability to steer technical teams and collaborate effectively with research and engineering
- Strong focus on customer needs with experience in customer discovery and feature definition
- Comfort with evaluating ML models and running experiments to measure quality improvements
- Ability to navigate ambiguous problems and translate ideas into actionable plans
