      Meet the team:

      Dexcom is seeking a hard-working and experienced Product Manager passionate about release management for our innovative mobile applications. This Product Manager will join our Clinical Product Management team, dedicated to patient-facing apps.

      Where you come in:

      As a Product Manager specializing in release management for our two applications, you will play a meaningful role in ensuring the successful and timely release of our software updates. Your primary focus will be on leading the release cycles, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that our mobile applications meet the highest standards of quality and user experience.

      • You will coordinate the end-to-end release management process for two mobile applications, ensuring timely and high-quality software updates.
      • You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, QA, marketing, and customer support, to ensure all release activities are well-managed and implemented.
      • You will develop and maintain a detailed release schedule, communicating key achievements and deadlines to collaborators.
      • You will ensure that all releases align with app store guidelines, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
      • You will obsolesce outdated versions of the applications using the formal obsolescence plan at Dexcom.
      • You will respond to issues and incidents with applications, help determine company and app team response as needed and communicate with customer-facing support teams about issues.
      • You will monitor and analyze the performance of released updates, gathering user feedback and metrics to advise future improvements.
      • You will facilitate post-release reviews and retrospectives, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous improvement in the release management process.
      • You will maintain contact and communication with internal, field-facing employees to ensure market communication.

      • You possess a proven understanding of mobile application development, release management, and are familiar with app store guidelines and compliance requirements.
      • You are experienced working with agile development methodologies and tools, and you can effectively prioritize tasks and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
      • You can effectively collaborate and communicate by visually conveying sophisticated ideas through diagrams, presentation slides, and mockups. You also excel in oral and written communication, ensuring alignment among all collaborators.

      Experience and Education Requirements:

      • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8-12 years of related experience.
      • At this level a graduate degree may be desireable with 4 years of related experience.

      Remote Workplace: Your location will be a home office; you are not required to live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km). If you reside within commuting distance of a Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km) a hybrid working environment may be available. Ask about our Flex workplace option.
