  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Deliver business value through a robust, prioritized, and appropriately sequenced product roadmap
  - Lead the end-to-end delivery of product enhancements to meet stakeholder needs
  - Use data and customer insights to identify and plan product improvements
  - Own the go-to-market strategy for product releases, including customer communications
  - Actively collaborate with product management leadership and cross-functional teams to align on product strategy
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of seven (7) years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
  - Reporting and analytic experience, ideally with Databricks, Power BI, and Salesforce
  - Understanding of business process modeling, software development lifecycle, and Agile methodologies
  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  - Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry
  - Confident presentation skills in both small and large group settings
  - Strong problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills
  - Ability to self-learn and improve understanding of technology solutions
  - Experience providing coaching and mentoring to team members
