What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept through release, ensuring alignment with market trends and regulatory needs
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and quality assurance teams to deliver features meeting scope and quality standards
- Gather and synthesize insights from customers and market research to inform product decisions
- Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring shared understanding of product goals
- Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to drive continuous optimization and enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or Agile product delivery
- Familiarity with healthcare or health tech domains, ideally in payer systems or claims processing
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a SaaS or software development environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent certification
- Experience supporting AI-driven or data-intensive product initiatives
- Familiarity with AI-powered healthcare solutions or data analytics platforms
- Knowledge of performance monitoring tools and scalability testing methodologies
- Understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps practices
