      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with the Product Director to define and communicate the product vision
      - Create and manage product roadmaps that align with business needs and customer satisfaction
      - Analyze data and user experiences to identify significant problems and develop solutions
      - Write user stories to provide comprehensive details for development teams
      - Coordinate and lead regular meetings to gather feedback and share project updates

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 2-5 years of professional experience
      - 3+ years of software or technology product management experience, preferably in insurance policy administration
      - Vendor management experience, ideally in payments
      - Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
      - Strong project management skills and effective communication abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working for an InsurTech or Fintech company
      - Basic wireframing and design prototyping skills
      - Familiarity with big data and BI tools such as Adobe, Tableau, or Looker
      - Experience in A/B testing and experimentation
      - A positive mindset and collaborative approach to problem-solving
