What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and own the digital health product strategy and roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with business goals
- Lead the product lifecycle from discovery to launch and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to identify pain points and digitize care pathways
- Define and monitor success metrics for digital health initiatives, including clinical quality and engagement
- Mentor Product Owners and junior PMs in agile practices and user-centered development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA, MPH, or advanced degree in healthcare or technology preferred
- 8–10+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years leading digital health or healthcare technology products
- Deep understanding of digital health platforms, EMR systems, and interoperability standards
- Proven track record of successfully delivering digital healthcare products in complex environments
- Strong strategic thinking and exceptional communication skills
