      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own the vision and roadmap for Patient Communications products, including Reminders & Recalls, Navigator, and Broadcast
      - Scale the AI Agent by defining intents, guardrails, and evaluation processes to enhance user experience
      - Conduct customer discovery and UX research to create accessible messaging flows
      - Define KPIs and run A/B tests to analyze performance and drive product improvements
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Engineering, Security, and Marketing to ensure successful product launches

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of experience in product management within messaging, communications platforms, or healthcare SaaS
      - BA/BS degree required
      - Proven ability to gather business insights and identify trends from data
      - Strong SQL skills highly preferred
      - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with LLM/AI products, including prompt design and safety guardrails
      - Demonstrable experience in launching differentiated B2B software in the healthcare sector
      - Ability to write clear PRDs and manage complex project deliveries
      - Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starter attitude in fast-paced environments
      - Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with executives
