The Business Radio Strategy and Planning team is responsible for the portfolio strategy and the go to market deliverables for the products and solutions we sell globally. This includes portfolio strategy and actions to 1) Strengthen and grow the core, 2) Expand into adjacent opportunities and 3) Drive strategic growth. In line with these key strategic thrusts we are organized into 5 main focus areas that align closely with sales and engineering teams as well as other product teams including systems, infrastructure, and accessories.
Department Overview
Job DescriptionDirects the development of company market requirements for specific products or product lines, including product strategy definition, requirements analysis, and pricing. Interacts with engineering and product management developing business plans, managing lifecycles, and product positioning in the marketplace. Oversees market research and product concept testing, monitors’ competitive activity, and identifies customer needs. Contributes to development of product specifications and requirements, identifying and developing products that align to channel strategies. Coordinates and oversees the execution of advertising and promotional programs to ensure profits meet objectives.
