What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the product owner for the Practice Management System, overseeing scheduling, visit creation, and insurance verification
- Redesign patient access workflows to enhance operational efficiency and patient experience
- Collaborate with clinical staff to identify operational challenges and develop workflow enhancements
- Partner with the BI team to track key metrics and validate the ROI of implemented changes
- Integrate PMS with other key systems and evaluate opportunities for automation and AI assistance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; MBA/MHA preferred
- 5–8 years of experience in product management, healthcare operations, or practice management system administration
- Deep understanding of practice management workflows, including scheduling and billing
- Familiarity with EMR/PMS platforms and RCM systems
- Strong analytical, communication, and process design skills
