      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the product owner for the Practice Management System, overseeing scheduling, visit creation, charge capture, insurance verification, and checkout
      - Redesign patient access workflows to optimize appointment scheduling and collections processes
      - Translate operational challenges into product requirements and workflow enhancements
      - Partner with the BI team to define and track key metrics for continuous improvement
      - Collaborate with internal developers and vendors to ensure effective integration of technology systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; MBA/MHA preferred
      - 5–8 years of experience in product management, healthcare operations, or practice management system administration
      - Deep understanding of practice management workflows, including scheduling, registration, eligibility, charge capture, and billing
      - Familiarity with EMR/PMS platforms and RCM systems
      - Strong analytical, communication, and process design skills
