Lead the strategic development and execution of product vision for insurance policies and claims.
Define and refine policy frameworks to maximize value and ensure compliance.
Develop detailed product scopes, business cases, and requirements for change initiatives.
Document and manage product change requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
Build and maintain a clear product roadmap, aligning with broader business objectives.
Proven experience in product management, preferably in insurance, regulatory, or digital transformation environments.
Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive cross-functional initiatives.
Experience working with legacy systems and digital platforms is a plus.
Excellent communication skills to report on project status, risks, and milestones.
