What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead product strategy and roadmap for Salesforce Media Cloud
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Ops, and Finance to define needs and set priorities
- Translate business requirements into scalable solutions and features
- Partner with Salesforce admins, developers, and vendors to build and deliver enhancements
- Drive user adoption and continuously improve the platform

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years in Product Management, ideally with SaaS or enterprise tools
- At least 2 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, specifically with Media Cloud
- Experience working in or supporting retail media teams
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and alignment to business workflows
- Excellent communication skills with proven stakeholder collaboration

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with Agile, Jira, Confluence, and similar tools
- Salesforce certifications such as Admin or Media Cloud Consultant
