      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Deeply understand customer needs related to production planning, sequencing, and scheduling in a manufacturing environment
      - Translate firsthand experience of scheduling pain points into clear product requirements
      - Collaborate cross-functionally to define, design, and ship valuable features in the application and web admin
      - Prioritize and define enhancements that improve schedule adherence and empower real-time decision-making on the shop floor
      - Conduct feature validation through testing and real-time user feedback

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of direct experience working in a manufacturing plant environment
      - Strong product management fundamentals and exceptional communication skills
      - Ability to define goals and success metrics for new features
      - Self-starter with a proactive attitude and strong organizational skills
      - Experience translating complex scheduling and operational requirements into actionable insights

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience using the employer's product
      - Specific experience in production scheduling, capacity planning, or finite scheduling
      - 3 years in a Product Management role
      - Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Figma, and wireframing software like Balsamiq
      - Experience designing and delivering app and web-based SaaS solutions
