      Simulmedia is transforming the way brands, marketers and agencies reach audiences. Our leading advertising platform, TV+, allows clients to unlock new viewers across linear TV, CTV, and PlayerWON enables reach in video games. Meanwhile, our innovative Skybeam platform makes it easy for any brand to be on TV and have all of the tools needed for planning, execution, and post-campaign optimization.


      This position is based in Ukraine. The team primarily works remotely, with occasional in-person meetings in the Kyiv or Lviv office.


      We seek a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategic vision and development of both our TV+ and Skybeam platforms. The ideal candidate will bring deep AdTech expertise, proven leadership experience, and the ability to drive innovation in a rapidly evolving market.


      Responsibilities

      Own and evangelize the product vision, leading strategic initiatives that drive platform growth and market leadership

      Build and execute multi-quarter roadmaps across platforms, balancing business objectives, technical feasibility, and market opportunities

      Drive key platform architecture decisions in collaboration with engineering leadership

      Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new features and capabilities

      Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers to shape product direction and ensure alignment with market needs

      Lead the integration of emerging technologies, including AI/ML, to create competitive advantages and improve platform capabilities

      Define and track success metrics that demonstrate product impact on business outcomes

      Champion best practices in product development and user-centered design across the organization.


      Qualifications

      5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in AdTech or related technical products

      Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling complex technical products

      Deep understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystem, with hands-on experience

      Advanced analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive product decisions

      Expert in using analytics tools like PostHog, collaboration tools like Figma, and customer communication platforms like Intercom

      Demonstrated success in integrating AI/ML technologies into product solutions

      Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills

      Experience with linear TV, CTV, or gaming advertising platforms is highly desired

      Ability to work 11 am — 8 pm EEST
