What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Champion a deep understanding of customer and agent needs to develop a compelling servicing agenda
- Identify high-impact product opportunities that support the employer's business strategy
- Drive product strategy in key customer and agent touchpoints, including CRM, Disputes, Chat, and Voice
- Lead the development of enhancements that empower agents to efficiently resolve customer concerns
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and data scientists from ideation to launch
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of product management experience in customer-facing platforms or internal systems
- Experience with customer service operations, specifically in the banking or financial services industry
- Proficiency in data analysis, including complex SQL queries and visualization tools like Tableau and Amplitude
- Proven track record in a fast-paced agile environment
- Excellent communication skills to articulate concepts and recommendations to stakeholders

- Experience in disputes management processes within the banking or financial services sector
- A genuine passion for understanding and solving customer and agent pain points
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and best practices in product management
