What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Champion a deep understanding of customer and agent needs to develop a compelling servicing agenda
- Identify and drive high-impact product opportunities that enhance the servicing experience
- Lead the development and implementation of enhancements across key customer and agent touchpoints
- Create actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and process workflows for customer impact
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, data scientists, and third-party vendors from ideation to launch
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of product management experience in customer-facing platforms or internal systems
- Experience in customer service operations within the banking or financial services industry
- Proficiency in data analysis with complex SQL queries and visualization tools such as Tableau and Amplitude
- Proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced agile environment
- Excellent communication skills to articulate concepts and recommendations to stakeholders
