What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own product strategy for post-onboarding worker operations, including project lifecycle management and payment automation
- Align roadmap with Delivery Services' objectives to deliver faster and serve clients effectively
- Lead discovery sessions and user research with various stakeholders to create engaging worker experiences
- Collaborate with Development and QA teams on solution design and product development
- Monitor usage and adoption, gathering feedback for continuous improvements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience in operations management, program management, or business operations
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication skills across technical and business audiences
- Cross-functional experience with engineering, operations, and business teams
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and modern collaboration tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in product management within operations platforms or workforce management systems
- Background in data annotation, ML operations, or gig economy platforms
- Familiarity with payments/invoicing and quality management systems
- Proven track record of process improvements leading to measurable efficiency gains
- Strong async communication practices with globally distributed teams
