What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Define and execute the product roadmap for patient support service-related features and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and user-friendly solutions
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and optimization
- Support client onboarding and implementation by translating business needs into product configurations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, data analytics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or tech-enabled services
- Strong understanding of data privacy, compliance, and interoperability standards (e.g., HIPAA, HL7, FHIR)
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or patient services
- Familiarity with patient support workflows including hub services and copay programs
- Advanced degree in a relevant field
