- Research and size target markets and high-value applications
- Analyze customer pain points, workflows, ROI, and adoption drivers
- Support discovery calls, customer interviews, and early pilot validation
- Identify strategic partners and map the ecosystem across priority verticals
- Develop GTM recommendations and prioritized partner/customer lists
- Create materials and frameworks to support opportunity assessments and proposals
- Contribute to product management activities, including requirements and roadmap input
- Collaborate cross-functionally to help shape solutions that deliver customer value
- MBA candidate or advanced graduate student
- 3+ years of experience in a fast paced, high tech, or consulting environment
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills
- Ability to move fast and communicate up and down the ladder
- Comfortable talking with customers and partners
- Interest in robotics, automation, industrial tech, or emerging technologies a plus
- Experience in consulting, product, strategy or business development preferred
- Hands-on experience shaping the GTM strategy at a deep-tech startup
- Exposure to robotics, automation, and industrial ecosystems
- Direct impact on market prioritization, customer validation and pilot development
- Close collaboration with senior leadership

Humatics is pioneering next-generation microlocation technology to enable new levels of precision, autonomy, and efficiency in industrial automation and robotics. As we expand into multiple priority markets, we are building the foundational GTM strategy, partnerships, and product roadmap required to deliver breakthrough solutions.
This internship provides a unique opportunity to influence how Humatics enters and scales in new markets, working directly with senior leadership across product, marketing, engineering, and business development. You will help accelerate customer validation, identify high-value applications, and shape our early commercial strategy.
Role Overview
We are seeking an MBA candidate to support our 2026 GTM plan by driving market research, application analysis, and early business development activities across multiple target verticals. This role will help refine market segmentation, evaluate partnership ecosystems, and support customer engagement as we move toward our first pilots and product-market fit.
The ideal candidate is analytical, curious and comfortable operating in ambiguity. You will work closely with leadership to shape insights into actionable recommendations that influence product roadmap decisions and GTM strategy.
This role is based at our Waltham, MA headquarters with a hybrid schedule and reports to the Senior Director of Milo Product. This is a paid internship.What You Will Be Working On
