What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product operations and drive team alignment
- Manage stakeholder relationships at all levels, including senior leaders and executives
- Identify and implement systems and tools that improve product team efficiency
- Analyze user needs and contribute to the development of products that address privacy and security challenges
- Facilitate communication and problem-solving among team members to ensure successful project delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of work experience in a product environment
- Strong ability to build partnerships across technical and non-technical teams
- Experience in tackling ambiguous problems with action-oriented solutions
- Familiarity with roadmapping and project management tools; willingness to learn and teach new tools
- Understanding of data-driven decision-making processes

- Previous experience in a fast-paced, user-focused company
- Proven track record of motivating stakeholders and prioritizing solutions
- High level of curiosity and eagerness to learn about product management and operations
