What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the operating cadence for Jetpack, designing and managing planning cycles and execution check-ins
- Coordinate a suite of product lines, defining milestones and sequencing work across multiple teams
- Manage cross-team dependencies to ensure smooth collaboration across various product areas
- Oversee release and launch operations for products, ensuring clear communication and safeguards are in place
- Develop and institutionalize scalable program practices to improve operational efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or similar roles in a product-led organization
- Proven success in driving complex, cross-functional initiatives from ambiguity to delivery
- Strong understanding of software delivery practices such as Agile and Kanban
- Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfort operating in a distributed, asynchronous environment with a focus on documentation and clarity
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience operating product or program operations for a suite of products
- Familiarity with WordPress, plugins, and SaaS services
- Experience coordinating work that involves pricing, billing, and go-to-market strategies
- Background in improving reliability workflows in customer-facing products
