      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive product operations excellence by improving internal workflows and documentation practices
      - Support strategic initiatives and special projects led by the Chief Product Officer
      - Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports to track KPIs and product launches
      - Coordinate product launch activities and assist in requirements gathering and documentation
      - Facilitate recurring product team meetings and champion process improvements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3–5 years of experience in a Product Operations, Business Analyst, or Strategy role in a SaaS or tech-forward company
      - Strong organizational, planning, and project coordination skills
      - Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Confluence) and data analysis platforms
      - Effective communicator capable of distilling complex information into executive-level summaries
      - Bachelor’s degree required; technical, business, or systems-related majors preferred
