What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling customer experiences and continuously provide value
- Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, creating user stories and acceptance criteria to align with business objectives
- Conduct regular engagement with customers and users to identify their needs and improve product offerings
- Develop and track key performance indicators to measure product effectiveness and communicate outcomes to stakeholders
- Model and uphold the organization's leadership competencies while fostering a culture of trust and accountability
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 4-6 years of relevant business experience
- Understanding of iterative development and software development processes
- Familiarity with Agile Product Management principles and stakeholder management
- Strong communication skills across various levels within the organization
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a Finance and/or Actuarial organization
- Certified Product Owner or similar certification
- Proven ability to develop business cases and product execution strategies
- Experience with user interface design and best practices for usability
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
