What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment with product strategy
- Translate business goals and customer insights into clear user stories and requirements
- Partner with engineering and design teams to plan sprints and deliver high-value increments
- Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to inform backlog prioritization and iteration
- Define and monitor KPIs for product features to ensure measurable value delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (equivalent work experience may be considered)
- 5–8 years of experience in product ownership, product management, or business analysis, preferably in an enterprise software/SaaS company
- Proven experience working on a financial platform such as a billing or royalties subledger
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of BI, reporting, and visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar)
- Familiarity with data warehousing, ETL processes, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable user stories and features
