What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own and evolve the product vision in partnership with business stakeholders
- Manage backlog prioritization, roadmap planning, and scope management for assigned products
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with business partners and development teams
- Identify and drive process improvements and service enhancements to improve product delivery
- Develop, maintain, and communicate product roadmaps aligned with business outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a related field
- 3+ years’ experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
- 3+ years’ experience working directly with business stakeholders
- Proven ability to oversee product implementation and translate product vision into action
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience as a Business Analyst or in Product Management responsibilities
- Familiarity with driving product value in support of Human Resources or Compensation Planning processes
- Ability to negotiate between competing stakeholders to ensure high-value objectives are met
- Knowledge of product analytics and experience creating delivery metrics
- Practical experience collaborating with other Product Owners and teams to prioritize dependencies
