Define and communicate the long-term product vision, including how AI, automation, and data intelligence can enhance organizational capabilities.
Identify opportunities to integrate AI/ML models, predictive analytics, and automation into internal workflows and tools.
Translate strategic goals into a clear, executable roadmap with measurable outcomes.
Evaluate emerging technologies and AI capabilities that could improve productivity, reduce manual effort, or create operational efficiencies.
Own and prioritize the product backlog across multiple product areas or services.
Write advanced user stories and acceptance criteria, including requirements for data, model outputs, and AI-driven features.
Lead roadmap planning, backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies, and cross-team alignment sessions.
Ensure the engineering team has clarity on priorities, dependencies, and intended business outcomes.
Work closely with engineering, architecture, data science, AI/ML, UX/UI, and QA teams to deliver high-quality, scalable features.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, validate assumptions, and refine solutions in iterative cycles.
Advocate for user-centered design and ensure user needs are incorporated into product decisions.
Use product analytics, operational metrics, user feedback, and model performance data to drive prioritization and evaluate results.
Work with data teams to define success criteria, data collection needs, and monitoring frameworks for AI-enabled features.
Conduct impact assessments, experiments, and pilots to validate decisions before full-scale adoption.
Ensure features meet acceptance criteria, performance thresholds, and compliance/security requirements.
Support UAT, release documentation, deployment coordination, and post-launch monitoring.
Collaborate with QA to refine testing strategies, including validation of AI outputs and edge-case scenarios.
Mentor junior Product Owners and contribute to organizational product practices.
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, communication, and product maturity.
Facilitate difficult prioritization discussions and balance long-term strategy with near-term execution.
5–8 years experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or equivalent role.
Proven success leading product work in complex environments with large engineering teams.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices and product ownership fundamentals.
Demonstrated ability to manage technical products, services, or platforms with multiple integration points.
Experience working with data/AI teams or delivering features powered by automation, machine learning, or predictive models.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to align diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using metrics and data to inform decisions.
Experience with AI product lifecycle (use case definition, data needs, model evaluation, safety/accuracy considerations).
Familiarity with modern cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, or enterprise architecture concepts.
Product certifications (CSPO, PSPO, AIPMO, etc.).
Experience mentoring or leading other Product Owners.

We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead product strategy and delivery for our internal platform and AI-enabled capabilities. This role is responsible for partnering with business leaders, guiding a large cross-functional development team, and driving the evolution of products that support automation, data-driven decision making, and modern AI integrations across the organization.
