  Position Summary
  Contributes to product strategy by leading the development and enhancement of the reporting portfolio of products or services. Conducts market research, collaborates with cross-functional teams, designs user experiences, and oversees the product development lifecycle. Applies expertise in user-centric design, agile methodologies, and market trends to help drive the success of the reporting portfolios and ensure they meet customer needs and expectations.
  
  Required Qualifications

  • Manages the product backlog, continuously assesses reporting needs, and identify gaps to meet consumer and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical requirements for actionable reports.
  • Develop detailed product requirements, specifications, and user stories to guide the product development process.
  • Demonstrate expert understanding of data sources to collaborate with various data platform teams for data ingestion, standardize definitions, and issue remediation.
  • Deliver findings and reports to management, influencing upwards and laterally to drive organizational change and alignment.
  • Communicate with cross-functional teams, including design and engineering, to ensure effective coordination and alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Provide consultation on reporting needs, enhancements, and industry trends.

  
  Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-4 years work experience
  • Adept at problem solving and decision making skills
  • Adept at collaboration and teamwork
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Agile SAFe certified, not required
  • Understanding of SQL and data analysis skills

  
  Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in related Information Technology, Business Analytics, Healthcare, or a related field.

  Pay Range

  The typical pay range for this role is:

  $79,310.00 - $158,620.00

  This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
