What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own the product roadmap and feature definition for digital cash and tokenized payment instruments
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to translate market needs into scalable solutions
- Design user journeys for various financial use cases, including wage protection and government disbursements
- Develop detailed product specifications for innovative features like identity-linked wallets and compliance rule engines
- Coordinate with engineering on API-first integration with banking systems and national ID databases
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8+ years in product management, with 4+ years focused on financial services, payments, or blockchain-based infrastructure
- Proven experience with tokenized deposits, stablecoins, or digital cash systems within multi-stakeholder ecosystems
- Familiarity with permissioned DLTs, identity vaults, and compliance-by-design frameworks
- In-depth understanding of AML/KYC flows, programmable payments, and wallet infrastructure
- Strong understanding of payment infrastructure and integration patterns
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with wage protection systems, government disbursements, or CBDC pilots
- Knowledge of multi-tenant financial architectures and embedded compliance engines
- Technical fluency with token standards, API design, and identity-based architecture
- Ability to manage product delivery across different regulatory environments
