What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the technical design process to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives
- Lead the planning and execution of development and architecture, evaluating existing and new solutions
- Prioritize the product backlog based on roadmap requirements and project objectives
- Define project timelines and document features for successful project releases
- Conduct demonstrations to showcase product value to stakeholders and prospective business groups
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or healthcare discipline
- Seven or more years of related experience, with a preference for healthcare technology experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts
- Proven ability to gain stakeholder buy-in to resolve significant architecture issues
- Strong understanding of technology areas impacting product delivery
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Previous experience in a cross-functional team environment
- Ability to translate client business requirements into technical solutions
