What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead scrum teams as the Product Owner, providing vision and direction to the agile development team
- Create and prioritize user stories and maintain an adequate backlog of prepared work
- Coordinate with Journey and product teams to deliver on vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, ensuring alignment with product strategy
- Research and analyze market trends and user needs to inform product development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience, including at least 3 years in a digital role and 1 year as a Product Owner
- In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in an agile and iterative environment
- Related Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

- Business knowledge of the employer
- Lean/Six Sigma or Product Owner certification
- Experience leading teams in a matrix environment with reporting responsibilities to multiple areas
