- Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or an additional 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
- 8 years of experience in business analysis, business development, solutions development, system analysis, technical design/development implementation, or equivalent.
- Or 6 years of previous Product Owner experience with in-depth knowledge of agile processes and principles.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner certification upon hire.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, principles, and procedures.
- Ability to use Product KPIs and business metrics to optimize the product
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of issues.
- Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.
- Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous healthcare experience.
- Advanced degree.
- Strong background in agile product ownership and backlog management
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
- Experience working with testing managers to ensure alignment with business requirements.
- Experience managing product roadmaps and backlog using product management tools.
- Experience conducting product training and identifying team training opportunities.
- Lead the development of the product portfolio and provide workable solutions to meet customer and market needs in collaboration with stakeholders, Product Owners, and scrum teams.
- Collaborate with management to identify and plan product releases, managing ongoing development of existing products.
- Validate proposed solutions through market research and assist with pricing strategies.
- Communicate internally and externally, and maintain product roadmap(s)
- Manage product backlogs using road mapping and backlog management tools
- Work with testing managers to ensure proper functionality and lead change control processes to reflect project priorities.
- Participate in the development process through product refinement, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
- Organize workshops with product users, validate hypotheses, and implement best solutions.
- Contribute to broader initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction
- Conduct product training for partners and staff, and identify individual/team training needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner certification required upon hire.
