Join us as a Product Owner
What you'll do
Through your role as a Product Owner, you'll design, run and deliver banking of the future with accountability for the creation and delivery of all products and services required to meet the customer journey vision. In this influential role, you'll be responsible for putting the customer at the heart of everything you do, while leading multi-disciplinary squads responsible for the delivery of their roadmap.

The skills you'll need
We're looking for someone with experience of working in and leading a multidisciplinary Agile team to achieve a product roadmap. You’ll have a background of working in partnership with design and technology disciplines to build prioritised well rounded value orientated backlogs, and you'll be a subject matter expert in product design and delivery.
Additionally, you’ll have excellent knowledge of critical Agile capabilities and ways of working, as well as the ability to exercise change delivery, customer experience design, commercial management and analytics
