      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage product deliverables with minimal guidelines
      - Analyze and troubleshoot issues in AWS logs, databases, and Splunk
      - Utilize SQL/Oracle queries to support product development and QA
      - Collaborate effectively with offshore teams to ensure project success
      - Maintain awareness of ISO wire formats and integrate them into product development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Background in the payment domain
      - Hands-on experience with SQL and Oracle queries
      - Good technical understanding of development and QA processes
      - Strong communication skills, capable of working with offshore teams
      - Proven ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience leading product teams in a technology-focused environment
      - Familiarity with cloud services, particularly AWS
      - Knowledge of industry standards related to payment processing
      - Previous experience working in a diverse team setting
