  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring well-defined and prioritized user stories aligned with sprint goals
  - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine product requirements, conducting gap analysis for completeness
  - Serve as the primary point of contact for development teams during sprint execution and ensure alignment with design principles
  - Participate in stakeholder meetings to capture feature requests and communicate updates on backlog priorities
  - Apply knowledge of healthcare claims workflows and support compliance with healthcare regulations
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
  - Minimum of 2 years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare technology or claims administration
  - Familiarity with Agile software development and Scrum methodology
  - Proficiency with Jira or similar Agile tools for backlog management
  - Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification
  - Exposure to performance testing concepts or high-volume transaction systems
  - Experience using AI-assisted tools for product development or business analysis
  - Understanding of healthcare data standards such as HL7, FHIR, or X12 EDI
  - Familiarity with collaboration tools like Confluence, Miro, or Figma
