      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring well-defined and prioritized user stories
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine product requirements
      - Serve as the primary point of contact for development teams during sprint execution
      - Participate in stakeholder meetings to capture feedback and feature requests
      - Apply healthcare domain knowledge to support compliance and feature development

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
      - 2+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare technology or claims administration
      - Familiarity with Agile software development and Scrum methodology
      - Proficiency with Jira or similar Agile tools for backlog management
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills for conveying requirements and feedback

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification
      - Experience using AI-assisted tools for product development
      - Exposure to performance testing concepts or high-volume transaction systems
      - Understanding of healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR, X12 EDI)
