      Product Lead – Digital Scale-up Team

      About SICPA & the Digital Scale-up Team


      At SICPA, we safeguard sovereignty by enabling nation-states to protect their most critical assets through cutting-edge digital solutions. The Digital Scale-up Team is a newly formed unit dedicated to scaling up innovative products that provide governments with real-time data. We are looking for a Product Lead to drive the vision, development, and successful delivery of our digital solutions to the end customer, ensuring alignment with business needs and user expectations.

      Your Responsibilities

      • Shape product strategy across development stages, from Proof of Concept (PoC) to Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to General Availability (GA).
      • Own, lead and manage the product backlog, defining clear priorities based on business value, market needs, and technical feasibility.
      • Act as the lead and one point of contact and manager of the product, and work closely with all business, marketing and tech teams to deliver a top-notch product for the customer
      • Drive product positioning and roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs and industry trends.
      • Conduct market research, user interviews, and data analysis to inform decision-making and validate product assumptions.
      • Work closely with development teams to translate business objectives into actionable user requirements.
      • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions with an optimal experience.
      • Define and track key product metrics, iterating based on insights and feedback.
      • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements, integrating them into the product development lifecycle.
      • Act as the voice of the customer, advocating for usability, scalability, and long-term sustainability.

      Your Profile

      • Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Leader, or in a similar role within the digital & tech industry, fintech, or security-related industries.
      • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
      • Experience in defining and launching digital products, from early-stage development to full-scale deployment.
      • Background in market research, business model definition, and competitive analysis.
      • Knowledge of mobile, IoT, payments, or secure authentication systems is a plus.
      • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex topics into actionable plans.
      • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing technical and business audiences.
      • Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining a structured and strategic approach.
      • Fluent in English (French is a plus).
