What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own, refine, and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value delivery
- Translate business priorities into clear sprint goals and development tasks
- Communicate product vision and roadmap to business and technology stakeholders
- Partner with business leaders and IT stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives
- Lead requirements gathering and business process analysis to identify automation opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4-6 years of experience in business analysis, solution delivery, or product ownership
- Deep knowledge of business analysis practices and tools, particularly in enterprise platforms
- Strong understanding of the product lifecycle and effective management from conception to completion
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder discussions
- Experience working in Agile environments with familiarity in tools such as Jira and Salesforce
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience with Copado or similar DevOps/testing automation tools
- Industry experience in professional services, SaaS, or value-added resellers
- Familiarity with business process areas such as Lead to Order, Order to Cash, or Procure to Pay
