What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as the voice of the customer, translating business needs into technical requirements for the development team
- Collaborate with product management to define and prioritize the product roadmap
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring user stories are clear, actionable, and prioritized
- Work cross-functionally with AI/ML engineers and data scientists to deliver innovative solutions
- Define acceptance criteria and validate that delivered features meet customer needs and quality standards
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally for B2B SaaS or healthcare/insurance technology products
- Proven experience in product ownership or management of AI/ML products, preferably in healthcare
- Strong understanding of generative AI technologies, large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering techniques
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and business stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with healthcare data, HIPAA compliance, or medical claims processing
- Background in implementing AI solutions that handle sensitive or regulated information
- Track record of successful AI product launches from concept to market
- Familiarity with platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or similar LLM environments
- Experience with retrieval augmented generation (RAG) systems or knowledge graph integration
